ASP on WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION

hi.. im just learning to use asp, but first i need to download or use IIS, right? however i use windows XP home edition (i.e. not professional edition) and i hear that it cant be done on XP home. is this correct? if its incorrect than could you point me in the direction of where to be able to get IIS?

[tt]XP Home does not have IIS, what you'll need to do is download PWS (personal web server) to test your pages.
