Does anyone know if ASP will show up on a mac on a network when using Microsoft Personal web server. Our datbase works fine on the network but the mac wont display any information on the screen. I was thinking about using windows NT to overcome this problem but wanted to know if this is the right way to go.

I doubt ASP will ever work on a Mac. The problem is that ASP relies on many Windows .dll files and the chances of this functionality getting ported to the Mac is slim. ChiliSoft has created an ASP component that will allow ASP to run under Apache but it is not without it's quirks. Suffice to say, if you use ASP stick with IIS on NT.

If all your are trying to do is view the ASP pages on the Mac there should be no problem as the ASP page is parsed on the server and only HTML is returned to the client. However, certain client side script will cause inconsistencies when run on IE Mac version (go with javascript and all should be fine)
