ASP.NET Development software?

I have a quick question...

What software do you suggest as being the best for asp.net development??

My job wants me to use Front Page as they are saying that is standard for web dev for out organization (Extremly large world wide organization)...

I want to(and have been at home) use VS.NET... Is there any other that you would suggest? or am I right is staying with VS.NET??

I'm using Web Matrix (available at

http://www.asp.net).

Probably mostly because the book I had to use to teach myself taught asp.net with vb.net, but not vs.net. soooo, I learned basically with a text editor. Web matrix is sort of the middle ground between a text editor and visual studio. I like it a lot.
