Can someone please give me an example of a connection string for a fox pro database located on another server?

I have tried "\\MyOtherServer\D:\ My.DBC"

I keep getting an invalid Path or file name error.
I have verified the path several times. Any help
would be appreciated!

Thanx!

I'm also experiencing the same problem when trying to connect to a VFP database from a different server. But I saw connection string samples from the net similar to what both of us may have tried, and they seem to have no problems at all. I'm not sure, but may be this has something to do with the server settings like access rights and/or database drivers. So I settled to have the VFP database placed on the same machine.

1. Does the WebServer have rights to that path?
2. Are you sure that drive is shared as "D:" and not just "D"?
