I am getting these errors all the time on our windows 2003 r2 server... and even thoe there informational they present a pop up box for the end user asking them to log back in. We recently had to rebuild our web server and since we did it wont go away also we renamed it. Any ideas ???? i have done everything from security on folders ... IIS app pools (the old server was IIS 5.0) new one is (IIS 6.0)... change cookie expiration times etc..

**********Client Error APP log (Windows Xp)******

The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server <computer name>$. This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named machine accounts in the target realm (<domain name>), and the client realm. Please contact your system administrator
