ASP / Mass Update for same ID

I am working on an ASP application, I get one check for
multiple transactions, see below sample records, I take that check, and apply it to 'amount paid', then I submit that through, ASP form, I want to do 'mass' update. WATCH, App_ID, and CustomerID are same, orderID differs, employeeID
differs, amount differs. First I want pass these variables, as is to next page with updated amount, then post / update it into the 'rows' in a table where it belogs.
Any sample code helps. Thanks.
