Does anyone know of one or more of GOOD FREE sites
that hosts asp sites (asp+access db)?
Something that really work I mean?
I tried some, but most do not really work
when i need them to, and others except my files
but there's a problem with the adodb.connection and no one
there explains how to define the dsn there,
and what version of access can I work with, if at all.

So... anyone? Please?

try

there quality is acceptible, its ASP, it will alow Databases, and it has tutorials, the only downside is that you can only upload and write your file on their online file page (no FTP, no Interdev)

also , ADO , depending on the version they have loaded, (if least 2.2 like most places) it'll take any version of Access, also you may have to attempt a DSN-less connection, dpending on your hosting provider. Karl

Thanks Karl.
What do u mean by "DSN-less connection"?

DSN-less connection is that you do not need to go via ODBC. You just need the database providers DLL and the database and table names.

I hope you got it.

Thanks, Antzz and Karl.
Well, actually I'm very happy now with brinkster host:
It's always working, and easy to use.
Buttttttttttttt - They do not let writing to the database ("rs.update" won't work), but reading only.
So if anyone knows of a site that works good
and lets writing to the db, I'll be glad to hear about it.
Thanks
