asp generated reports

Pleez, I need your help!
I want to design reports not with RDC but
user-guided, automated, which means that the
user has a front end where he can decide
what he wants to see
the aim is that a online user can say which
datafields of the database he wants to have in
his report and where he wants to put this
fields.

I heard that this is the great new feature in Crystal
Reports 8.5 and this can be done easily, but how??

can somebody help me how i can do this?

I'd be VERY interested in a solution too! Is online user driven selection a new feature of 8.5? Is it good?
