I have a page (frameset)consisted of three frames(rows) In second row I have the search form and when I submit the query the results returned in the same frame where I want is to present it in thrird frame(row).If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.If there is any tag please note me.

if you give the frame a name in the frameset (lets call it frame3) you can target your form submission like so:
