ASP Form to a Database and an Email

Just need to get yourself an email component and create the emails in the same loop that you INSERT into your database.
has a good one, although not as fast as the default one, CDONTS. However, using CDONTS requires that you have a functioning SMTP server on the server where you wish to use the script.
If you check out that site up there, they have full documentation on how to use their component.
