I am having trouble wiht .asp files displaying on my webserver.
I have allowed Active Server Page in IIS, i have made sure that its installed on the server under add/remove programs but it will not display.
I can have a website display as long as i dont use the direct path .asp. example.... works, but if i use the actual path

From where are you trying to run the web site localy form server or remotely through web browser. Also is this page you are trying to access is ur sites default home page.
..Check if you can browsw the deafult.asp page localy
..Check your home directory is pointing correct path

I have checked it localy same problem. default documents, home direcotry is correct.
From IE error logs i have 404.0.2 error, which is supposed to be when extension is being prohibited, even though its set to allow. I tryed disallow and allow again just incase
and it didnt work.
I am hopeing i can find teh registry settings for server extensions so that i can chekc that.
Anyone knows how i can check in the registry and/or any other suggestions??
Tnx
MK
