ASP File Upload?

I'm tryin to upload a file to the server. (I.e.: let's say that I wanna enable friends to upload pics or textfiles to my web site). I haven't got a clue on how to start! Any ideas?

There are third party solutions - which are easy to use, and most hosts have them - or a pure ASP upload.

Also, have a look around your host site for SA-FileUp or something similar.
