ASP dll programming

I am looking for a way to know asp.dll functions in order to modify the way they are called by IIS ( thanks to an intermediate dll).

I have already try microsoft dumpbin, but it only provides functions names and not parameters or return value...

If someone has the asp.dll source code or any informations about this subject, please answer....
