ASP Developement Tools 1

Can anyone recommend a developement tool for ASP that provides similar fubctionality to Visiual Studio (e.g. set code breaks, monitor values assigned to variables, step through code line by line, etc). I'm not lookng for a free tools, but finding one for under a couple of hundred dollars would be great.
