ASP/CR SmartViewerJava.asp on Mac 10.3 using IE does not display 1

Hello,

When a User on a Mac OS 10.3 using IE (or any other browser) accesses a CR integrated in ASP using the SmartViewerJava.asp, the screen is returned without data or controls. Our Users with Windows desktops have no problems.

We are using ASP 3.0 and CR 8.5.

Can anyone provide a solution, a suggestion, or refer me to documentation on this matter?
