ASP Continuous Clock

I have been browsing the web for some code that has a continuous clock. Essentially I am using the <%=Time()%> code on a page, but it takes a snapshot of the time and does not continue. How do I make the time continue to count up?

Never mind, my bad. I really meant JavaScript, and I found it.
