ASP colour coding

Does anyone know of an editor that

a) colour codes comments/keywords etc.

but more importantly

b) when you paste your code from the editor to something else such as MS Word it retains the colours?

1) Front Page
2) Microsoft Script Editor (Look for files called MSE in your office installation - they hide it somewhere in there)
3) Syn text editor
4) Vim

Very often, the stuff goes into word as text. Not a lot of chance retaining colours.
