ASMGR.exe & Tapeeng.dll Errors

I am using ArcserveIt 6.5 (build 620) and have been unable to open my job status window. I keep getting the ASMGR.exe Dr.Watson Error. When ArcServe first starts up I get a" tappeng.dll, entry point not found error" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and still get the same messages. Can anyone help, I haven't been able to do a full backup for over a week.
