ASMGR.EXE Application Error

I have a W2K Server SP2 with Arcserve 2K Advanced edition loaded with SP3. When I go into the Job Status screen and try to delete or do anything with one particular backup job I get the error:

ARCSERVE - [Job Status] Asmgr.exe - Application Error.
The instruction at "Ox2307c51" referenced memory at "0x61422079", the memory could not be "read".

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Try applying SP4. At one point there was a problem modifying a job if the media pool it was using had a space in the name. But that was addressed a while ago.
