ASM limits 1

I am having to use a dial up connection, as seen in post labled "Dialing In" I am now able to dial in but the connection speed tops out at 24000. I am using a ASM and a DID on the system to make my connection. Is the ASM keeping me from making my way up to 56K?

I think the ASM tops out at 28.8
