I get "Can't read MODEMS.TXT" Error on startup of ASM. I access the switch through IP over a CLAN. I would rather not reload ASM because I have a lot of reports scheduled.

The modems.txt file can be found here:
C:\program files\Avaya\Site Administration\data

And the contents should be something like this:
Code:
[Analog modem]
InitString = ATM1

[Analog modem (no error correction)]
InitString = ATM1\N0

[Data module]
InitString = ATM1V1&C1&D2S7=30

[Generic 1200 Baud Connection]
InitString = AT&F &Q0 S37=5 N0

[Generic 2400 Baud Connection]
InitString = AT&F &Q0 S37=6 N0

[Generic 9600 Baud Connection]
InitString = AT&F &Q0 S37=9 N0

[Generic 19200 Baud Connection]
InitString = AT&F &Q0 S37=10 N0

[Generic 1200/2400/9600 Baud Connection]
InitString = AT&F \N0

[Generic 1200/2400/9600 Baud Connection]
InitString = AT&F &C1 &D2 \N0 %C0

[US Robotics Sportster modem (no error correction)]
InitString = AT&F&B1&H3&I2&K0&M0&N2

[Hayes Optima modem]
InitString = AT&FE1V1X4Q0&C1&D2S7=255 S0=0

[NetComm SmartModem M11F]
InitString = AT&F0&D2

I recommed creating a new text file with that info in it, csaving the file as modems.txt in that directory and trying again.
