Asking user to change printer paper for label printing

You can't identify the type of paper in a printer tray without looking at it. You can pop up a msgbox by adding a function call to the On Open event of the report:
=MsgBox("Place label paper in the printer", vbOKOnly+vbInformation,"Confirm Paper")
