Asking For Password 3 Times

I have a report with two sub-reports created in CR 8.5 loaded onto our Crystal Enterprise Server.

Because there are 2 sub-reports in addition to the main report it is asking for the database password 3 times rather than just the once.

Is there anyway to change something so that it only asks for the password once?

how are you calling the report to view it?

using the CR designer? another application? CE? URL?

Basically is just a report created in Crystal Reports v8.5 and uploaded to our Crystal Server via the Crystal Management Console in Crystal Enterprises.

PS - I understand I could just put a password in the database section of the Crystal Management Console, however we want users to enter their own unique passwords to access the reports

Report access and database access are two separate actions.
You will need to add the database access password to the database section otherwise you get the problem you are experiencing.

For the users again go to CMC and set up users to use a password.
