Asita Linespeed 100 password

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure whether this is the correct forum to post this question - please advise if not !

I've recently purchased a new Asita Linespeed 100 firewall box based on Checkpoint software. It came with no documentation and no info on what the password is to gain access to the box in order to set it up.

I've looked at the Checkpoint docs from their website and the default password of 'admin' needs to be changed as soon as the software has been installed, which is presumably what Asita have done as this password doesn't work !

I'm guessing that Asita would have enclosed documentation with the box originally but unfortunately this was not with the kit and the seller doesn't have anything.

I've searched the web but no reference to Asita other than some old news items, so no help there.

Do any of the Forum members have any info on this particular bit of kit and the default Asita password ?

Hi, I have also bought a new asita linespeed 100 and have no login or password.
No documents were in the box and seller (ebayer) has not replied to any messages
I will let you know if i find any onfo on this
