A customer suddenly experienced a very, very slow Arcserve 7 Frontend on his Win2k PC. When I asked him what he did (it worked fine a week ago), he stated that he installed Win2k SP3.
Because I had no time to investigate what's happening, I just uninstalled SP3 and it worked fine again.
Has anyone had the same experience?
