We are implementing Asigra solution, but I really don't like the way they support us, we have to get support through their reseller.

just wanted to let you know I'm also an asigra service provider and have had problems with support as well. thats why i'm starting a not-for-profit forum for asigra users. I'm still cleaning the look up a bit but anything you guys can do to help contribute and spread the word would be beneficial to all of us! Thanks! -
