ASDB Status Screen Hangs in ARCServe 7 for Netware

Hi,

I am getting the following errors.

E15030 Failed to receive data/request from [Server]
E15040 Failed to receive data from SERVER ( command: -1 )

I looked on the support page from Computer Associates for help and tried several things but to no avail. The wierd thing is that this backup job is a job that also backsup the netware server. However, when I just backup the remote server by it self, the backup runs perfectly fine. Does anyone have any clue why this is? Please help me!

Hi,

Are you using a remote agent (NWAGENT)? If not, I recommend using one. If you are, patch it.
