Ascom DCT1900 handset registration

I have just been notified that we are to start supporting some Ascom DCT1900 Business Cordless Telephone Systems. They use the 9p23 handsets. I contacted Ascom support only to find that they no longer support this product as of 12/31/2011. The company that used to work on this is no longer in business. I was able to find the install maual but what I really need is the manual that tells hows to register handsets to the unit. Also the CMS software. Can anybody help, please?
