Ascending order problem on combo box 2

I have a table with the names of suppliers listed in alphabetical order. I have several forms which use a combo box from the suppliers table which for some reason I have not set up at the start in alphabetical order.I made the mistake of selecting the ascending order on one of the forms and then spent hours redoing all the records for the correct supplier name.
Is there any way of making the combo boxes show suppliers in alphabetical order without messing up the existing records.

Paste the row source for the combo box...

Just edit the row source to include an Order By clause.

SELECT Field1, Field2 FROM TableName WHERE Whatever ORDER BY Field1
