Ascending or Descending Sequential

Ascending Sequential I would figure starts at channel 1 and goes up the PRI to Channel 23.

While Descending Sequential would pick Channel 23 and go down to channel 1.

Am I correct? Or way off base?

I could not find anything in the docs about this, other than, to do it the opposite way from the C.O. I am trying to connect to a MITEL and I hope Nortel and MITEL discussed this so that the systems are on the same page...

You're right,descending 23 and lower,ascending 1 and higher.
