I am currently trying to implment this unit into our ISP and am having troubles configuring it to work properly. Someone with a working knowledge of this hardware could help I would be willing to pay.
Call Lucent Tech support. 866-Lucent8. You can either purchase a support contract or pay per minute on CC line. I think it's still $5/minute so a contract may be better value since it allows you unlimited phone support for a year. Course that depends on how the support contract cost. Call them and find out. Maybe post your cost for contract if you choose to go that route. I for one would like to know.
