Always use FQDN. Make sure your SIP domain name and SIP registrar FQDN in your IP Office LAN configuration also match the FQDN you use for the overwrite value in ASBCE topology hiding. Then confirm your split DNS is setup. In-house DNS should resolve your FQDN to your internal IP address assigned to the IP office, while your public domain registrar should resolve your FQDN to the public IP you are using for the ASBCE.
