It looks like the ASBCE 8.1.2 now supports teams direct routing.

Like with most things from Avaya, documentation on this is limited.

Does anyone have experience in setting up ASBCE 8.1.2 IP Office with teams direct routing?

Thanks

Not supported for IPO yet, but will probably.

You need the new premium licenses, on top of standard and advanced for Teams connections. These were added to the IP Office license set only last month.

I can't find any docs on it, so if you find anything, please feel free to share!

I think it must be officially supported now:

Interoperability with Microsoft Unified Communication suite: with ASBCE Release 8.1.2, Avaya
IPO customers can now integrate their SFB2016 or Microsoft Teams domains with their Avaya
domain, enabling audio calling between the two domains. (note additional licenses may be
required on the Microsoft side to enable the inter domain calling feature)

Note: Newly introduced in Rls 8.1.2, Premium licensing for Microsoft Teams integration with IP Office is now
available in the A1S configurator.
