Hi everyone,
due to the spread of coronavirus , my company is forced to keep all workers at home for security reasons.
I am trying to configure our ASB 150 02 R11 to forward our incoming calls to one (or more) mobile external numbers.
Can we do such a thing? I can't figure out something like:
EXT 100 --> +39XXXXXXXXXX
EXT 101 --> +39YYYYYYYYYY
Please note it's my first time with this device, and i have very little knowledge about all acronyms.
Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks

Hi you must open call divert in CDIV and then they can dial *22#00433xxxx# and for cancel #22#

yes, we have BP250.
During my research i found out that we currently have R11, which seems not be able to activate IED with *22* (which is a feature from R12)
So, i am trying a differnt approach, setting up a fictive number on which then try to forward all my incoming calls. The problem is that i can only insert 8 digits for the destination number, so I cannot add any landline/mobile there.

Hi
You should create in number series like as Speed dialling . Under each speed dialling put : trunk access code + mobile number . So you can put more than 10 digits.
