If you login to the MAPD board (via serial or telnet) you will get a menu. In my version, the information below is displayed under option 4. Maintenance, then 7. Application Components. According to what I make of this I have Callvisor ASAI Version 6 and Definity Lan Gateway version 2.

you can use another command on the definity, if you have the mapd on 01A10 position and the active cti link is on the first port try with...

status bri-port 01A1001

on the upper right side you can see the ASAI version !
