I'm looking for an explanation of an ASAI response to a RouteSelect request. The response back from the switch is Operation: RouteEnd with Cause: A_PERM_DENIED.

I can't find anything for A_PERM_DENIED. I suspect there would be somethign in an ASAI link specification document, which I, unfortunately, don't have.

Here is the full response:

Thanks,
Bill

The last time I saw that it had to do with the adjunct not having the proper expected digits administered properly. We were sending 1234567 and they were not configured to receive that string.

I'll see if I can find more specific/accurate information in my documentation.

RESOLVED:

The problem was the COR (Class of Restriction) of the VDN. The call could not be routed to the target number because the VDN was restricted from dialing the number. The COR was increased and calls were succesfully routed to the target DN.
