asai routing

In the vector screen there is an option ASAI routing _ and now it is set to Y how do i change it to N . In our other PBX it is set at N and I beleive this is why the vect is not working so i want to change to try.

I think that yes is telling you what features you have on your switch. I don't believe that will effect how your vector works.

What is happening that you think that is your problem?

ctr999, you're right. those fields that are unchangeable on the vectore from. they are only informational.

mikeasa, those would only affect vectors using the "adjunct route" step. throw out some details, and let the group take a shot at it.

I tried all and still not working so I set it up in other G3 it works there so I am routing calls to the other.

Copy and paste your vector here.
Those options should not affect your vector processing unless you have an "adjunct" step in your vector.
