ASA1.3.13 , Trunk utilization report

When I am trying to get the trunk utilization report ( under Fault and performance in ASA 3.1.13 ) , CM 3.1
I dont see the Avg peak usage figures and 'recommendation' in that report if I choose a range of dates.
If I right away select OK in the Trunk analyzer properties ( which keeps only one date as default , i.e. the present date) I am getting thye report with sbove mentioned feilds as well..
