Good day

The main desktop computer I used to for ASA had to be updated, and now accessing any of my CMs doesn't work as I had to try to re-install the program.

Now, whenever I try to connect to any of them, I get the "User Name/Password is incorrect or private key error".

I've already installed the latest service pack for ASA and the problem persists.

Any recommendations on how to fix this private key error issue short of starting from scratch and doing a PC re-image?

Find your known_hosts file for ASA. Usually in ..\Avaya\Site Administration\user

Close ASA.
Rename the file to .old
Restart ASA.
The first CM you connect to via SSH will create that file.
