ASA SSL access to remote branches

I have a customer with a hub and spoke setup where the branches have tunnels to the hub.
SSL is setup and working to the HUB ASA but cannot access resources to the branch locations.

I am not too familiar with SSL (this was a working config and they now want access to the branches when using ssl).
I would imagine it is an CL issue but I have googled high and low with no solution.

Any ideas?
