I have Avaya Site Administration (ASA) software installed on a separate PC with Windows XP Prof. SP2 to monitor our PBX systems. I am currently using ASA release 3.0.8 Integrated Management. Each morning when I arrive the ASA software has locked up and the monitoring stops. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? Is there a newer version of ASA that might correct this problem? Any other suggestions or ideas?
