Got a question I hope someone can help me with....
I've got a stand-alone workstation (XP SP3; 2.40 GHz with 1 GB RAM)that I use as my ASA server. It's configured to run reports and collect data on my 2 PBX's, and I've staggered the tasks so that they don't run at the same time. This server is always up with ASA is running. The ASA version is 5.0.11.
One problem - None of the scheduled tasks logs any history. If you watch it, the tasks appear to run, but don't show in the history log. Furthermore, if you try to access the data it supposedly collected (like call traffic), you can't. There is no data there. It's almost as though something is preventing the tasks from running and logging them. Windows firewall is turned off. I don't know what else it could be.
Does anyone know if any particular group policies, virus scanners or windows patches might affect ASA like this?
