My Avaya Site Administration (Version 1.11) program is having a strange issue...after I open the program, the program Browser tab in the left hand side of the screen is missing the text under each icon - the icons are there but no text labels for what each are for. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program (on XP) and it is still the same. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this? I read one link where someone said the problem was under Window's Appearance settings but I am still not sure exactly which setting he was referring to. Thanks

try getting the ASA 2.1.11. Ive tried installing ASA from W2K to XP and found to problems regading the icons.

Maybe the ASA installer itself is already corrupted?

This is most likely an issue with the appearance settings in windows XP.

Go to your desktop, right click a blank spot and select properties. There will be a tab labeled "Appearance" the settings in there (possibly in the advanced section) will most likely resolve your problems.
