Greetings,

I had ASA R1.9.06 installed and recently updated to R2.0.12. When I have upgraded in the past, all the switch and voicemail dialin info remained. This time however, it deleted all of them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I had well over 100 systems identified in it and am horrified at the thought of having to try to recreate all my INADS, IP addresses and logins.....Thanks.

It saves the info in persist.dat. Goto your C:\Program Files\Avaya\ASA\user and copy the persist.dat file to C:\Program Files\Avaya\Site Administration\bin

It will be the last that it was saved on the old version.

You can look into C:\Program Files\Avaya\ASA\user\Backup to see if there is a newer copy of persist.dat. Use which ever has the most recent date. (Right click > Properties > Modified Date

In the future everything will work...

Thank you, Thank you, a million times thank you!!!

I really appreciate your help.

Cathy
