Hi all - I need to add a large set of extensions into our existing CM off-pbx table. I've used the ASA export function to pull the 'list off-pbx' table into .csv.
My questions is on the process. Should I only be including the net new entries in the file I re-import or should all the existing entries remain in the table, along with the net new? For the import in ASA the 'off-pbx' option is only a change command. I just need to ensure existing entries aren't deleted on the re-import.
