asa from dmz to lan

Hello, I have access to the client in dmz to certain ports of a server in LAN, just create an access list? or you need to set something in particular (license, nat ...)?

static (dmz,inside) 172.16.10.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.11.0 255.255.255.0
static (inside,dmz) 172.16.11.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.10.0 255.255.255.0

thx unclerico, but the problem was that i have a base licenze and vlan DMZ is restricted!
