ASA Commands for Statusing an ESS and LSP

I'm some what new to the IP connect world and was wondering can any one provide me a few good ASA commands to status an ESS and an LSP off of an S8710? Thanks in advance.

I use list media for my media gateways, and disp lsp for my lsp's. Can't help with the ESS, but I do use the stat cab X for my EPN.
