ASA Agent Skill removal thru Import 1

I'm trying to use the import function of ASA to update some ACD agents. I need to remove the skill completely and it is in Skill 4 "slot". I've tried blanking out the field, but when I go back and check the agents, the original skill is still in Skill slot 4. Does anyone know how to get rid of skill numbers through the import function in ASA? I'd rather not delete and re add the agents.

I've never been able to find a way null an existing value via import. Maybe you could create a template, then apply that template to all of the users?

Try entering " " (quote space quote) in the import cell that you want to delete the information from.
