Good afternoon,

I have an ASA 5510 that is remote VPN enabled. Everything works fine. However, in the past month I've had to reload/reboot the device because people no longer could connect via VPN. When this happens I'm still able to ping it, SSH to it, mail flow to my Exchange Server is fine and Internet connectivity behind the device is fine.

Users open VPN and launch the profile. They are promted for their user/password and they enter it only to have the logon screen reappear to enter their creds again. I then SSH to the ASA and 'reload' and it works fine after that.

Any suggestions on what might cause this? I just started doing it about a month ago after working perfectly for four months with no issues. No updates to the device have been made since the initial config.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

have you tried running any debugs to see what is going on??
