ASA 5510 DMZ > LAN

I need to be able to access a share on a file server inside our LAN from our web server in the DMZ. Can someone please point me in the right direction? It is a ASA 5510. I believe I need to open UDP Port 137/138 and TCP Port 139. Not exactly sure how to do this. Thanks!
